365dispatch Relay Connector (Chrome extension). Last updated 29 October 2026.

The 365dispatch Relay Connector is a Chrome extension used by dispatching companies that have a 365dispatch workspace. 365dispatch is a Telegram bot that does the Updater's job for loads booked on Amazon Relay.

What it collects

When you open Amazon Relay's Trips page, the extension reads the trip information that page already loads: trips, stops, times, rates, trailers, tractors and the assigned drivers' names and Relay IDs. It also reads the carrier's company name and the Driver Roster (driver names and Relay IDs).

Phone numbers and e-mail addresses are removed inside your browser before anything is sent. Drivers' licence numbers and street addresses from the roster are never sent.

Where it goes

Only to the 365dispatch server your company paired the extension with. The data runs your company's 365dispatch workspace: rate confirmations and updates in your drivers' Telegram groups, alerts to your staff, and your company's dispatch sheet. It is not sold, not shared with advertisers, and not used for any other purpose.

What stays on your computer

The pairing token, the server address and the popup's settings are kept in Chrome's extension storage on your computer.

What it never does

It does not change anything in your Amazon Relay account. It does not book, accept, assign, reject or edit loads. The only controls it uses are the Trips page's own "In Transit" and "Upcoming" tabs, to load fresh trips, the same as a person refreshing the list.

Deleting data

Remove the extension to stop all reading. To delete your company's data from 365dispatch, the workspace owner messages us on Telegram.
